Forklift Driver Training

To minimise the risk of accidents in the workplace, C&D Fork Trucks Ltd provide extensive operator training across a wide variety of services and equipment, ranging from counter balance trucks and order pickers to pedestrian trucks, rough terrain vehicles and reach trucks.

As an Accredited Training Provider, our driver and operator training programmes, all carried out on site, are available in three varieties of ability:

Counterbalance example:

• One day courses for refreshers and re-certification
• Three day courses for experienced but non certificated operators
• Five day courses for novice operators with no experience

Other courses are also available, including overhead crane driver training, lorry loading, mobile elevated work platforms, risk assessment and first aid courses.

Ideally, our training courses are suitable for three operators, with one forklift truck and one instructor.

Training is available seven days a week and we are happy to accommodate evening and night shifts in addition.

Even trained and experienced operators need re-training and refreshers to ensure that they are operating the machinery safely and efficiently. We offer forklift driver training courses as often or as little as you require and can tailor them to your individual needs upon request.
